We, are focusing mainly on minority stakes in conservative real estate investments while cooperating with a majority investor. Our unique market position gives us access to valuable information on upcoming transactions. Our investment focus is on office and commercial buildings, retail, logistics and hotels properties in strategic locations.
Private Equity
We are also engaged in development, investment and risk management in private equity in Western and Central European countries. We have participated as an advisor or an investor in several successful private equity projects.
